This day is the 15th and last day of the Chinese New Year also known as Yuan Xiao. It is also called Lantern festival.
This Year is the first time for me to see Yuan Xiao Festival at Phitsanulok. It is amazing ...
This province set this festival on 8-10 February 2009 ..Surely there are many Thai-Chinese in our Phitsanulok province.
As I walked at Phitsanulok Night Bazar near Nan River , we heard the Chinese's drum sounds for the Lion Chinese dance. When we have join with many shows of Chinese Tradition; Chinese dance, Chinese singing, Chinese writing, Chinese Kung Fu Show.
We hope to have the great Yuan Xiao Festival again in Phitsanulok...Three Day of happiness.
Surely this is the begining of Lover Festival before Valentine on 14 February 2009.
