A student asked me to write all the dialogues up, so I rewritten everything with a bit more details and explanation. The names and dialogues are a bit different, but basically still the same. Please enjoy!
Lesson #1: A friendly introduction
Politeness: formal/standard
1) 앤디: 설비씨.
2) 설비: 앤디씨. 안녕하세요.
3) 앤디: 안녕하세요. 저는 박앤디입니다. 처음 뵙겠습니다.
4) 설비: 안녕하세요. 김설비입니다. 처음 뵙겠습니다. 저는 학생입니다. 앤디씨는 선생님입니다.
1) 앤디: Solbi
2) 설비: Andy. Hello
3) 앤디: Hello I'm Andy Park. Nice to meet you.
4) 설비: Hello. I'm Solbi Kim. Nice to meet you. I'm a student. Andy is a teacher.
Lesson notes
For those who are new with the Korean language. Koreans, Japanese and Chinese people always put the family name in front of the given name, because the family name is more important.
씨 -- honorific suffix
있다 -- to be
입니다 -- to be
저 -- I (humble)
나 -- I (casual)
는 -- topic marking particle; it marks that the word in front of it is the topic.
처음 뵙겠습니다 -- Nice to meet you (when you meet someone for the first time)
학생 -- student
선생님 - teacher
